The hotel had a beautiful garden area with a pergola where you could relax in the sun and enjoy the outdoors. the location was convenient, with easy access to a few nearby restaurants and the vibrant nightlife. the room was clean and welcoming, with excellent amenities like robes. the hospitality of the owners was warm and welcoming, and the homemade breakfast was delicious. Wine was also available , and there were freshly baked cookies to enjoy.
The shower in the room was quite small, which could be inconvenient who don't want to get their hair wet.

We appreciated staying at brayton bed and breakfast. We found The Roxy Supper Club to dine in 800 feet from the hotel. Free WiFi was available there;))

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like The Varsity Club that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Will be returning here soon, if in Oshkosh. We enjoyed the fact that we chose brayton bed and breakfast...

The location was great, we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby. the breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. the bed was really comfortable and we slept soundly on both nights. the hosts were really friendly and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed. One of the best things was the cozy ambiance of the place, we felt right at home and totally at ease.
The bathroom was a little small and cramped, but it wasn't a big deal since we didn't spend much time in there. the walls were a bit thin and we could hear other guests talking in the hallway, but it wasn't too noisy and we were still able to sleep well.

Loved the cozy and festive atmosphere during the Christmas season. The hotel was beautifully decorated, creating a perfect holiday ambiance. The breakfast was outstanding. The food was delicious and seasonal, especially the gingerbread waffle. It was a fantastic way to start the day.- The location was convenient, close to the Paine Art Museum where we enjoyed the Christmas Nutcracker exhibit. It was a great kickoff for the holidays.
The seating area in the room was a bit limited. It would have been nice to have a more spacious and comfortable seating area to relax and lounge in.

The complimentary wine and cookies were a very nice touch, and the location was great - conveniently close to restaurants and nightlife. The breakfast was delicious and homemade.
The shower in our room was too small and not practical for two people. Additionally, there was no seating area in the room, making it difficult to relax and unwind after a long day of business activities.
